Process

A clear, straightforward process designed to keep things simple, organized, and casting-friendly from start to finish.

How It Works

Step 1 — Choose Your Service

Select the service that best fits your needs and complete secure payment at submission. If you already know how you want your clips ordered, choose Client-Cut. If you’d like the edit curated for you, choose Dealer’s Choice.

Step 2 — Send Your Footage

​

All footage is delivered via WeTransfer.

​

For Client-Cut projects, please include:

  • Clip order

  • Start and stop timecodes

  • The titles to all film clips submitted

  • Any required text for title and end pages (name, contact, brand statement, etc.)

  • 1-2 headshots for title and end pages

​

For Dealer’s Choice projects, please include:

  • Your casting type or brand tone

  • Must-use moments

  • Do-not-use moments

  • Target platforms

  • The titles to all film clips submitted

  • Any required text for title and end pages (name, contact, brand statement, etc.)

Step 3 — Editing & Review

​

Your footage is edited according to the selected service and instructions.


Each project includes one revision round, submitted as one consolidated set of notes.

Revisions are intended for:

  • Timing adjustments

  • Minor refinements

  • Clarifying intent

​

They do not include new footage or major creative direction changes.

Step 4 — Final Delivery

​

Final files are delivered via WeTransfer and include:

  • One standard master file

  • One optimized version for acting platforms

​

You’ll be notified by email once delivery is complete.

Timeline & Turnaround

Timeline:

  • Standard delivery: 30 days from confirmed footage download and payment.

  • Rush delivery (if selected): 15 days from confirmed footage download and payment.

Turnaround begins once:

  • All footage is successfully downloaded, and

  • Payment is received

​

Delays caused by missing materials or unclear instructions may pause the timeline.

Important Notes

What to Know

  • Final quality is limited by the quality of footage provided.

  • Basic audio leveling may be applied, but enhancement is not guaranteed.

  • All projects are custom edits and all sales are final.

  • Files should be downloaded promptly before WeTransfer links expire.
